Czech Representative, November 1 (BD) – Research of the Center for Public Opinion Research (CVVM) He revealed what Czechs think about genetically modified foods.
The Food 2021 study shows that most Czechs encounter the term “genetically modified crops” (74%). However, most of these respondents did not know exactly what the word meant (8%) or did not know what it meant (31%). On the other hand, one third (35%) said they knew what the term meant.
23% of respondents said that the modification was morally unacceptable, while 47% were in favor of using drugs produced by genetically modified organisms.
