Péter Márki-Zay campaigned in Debrecen
Debrecen – There is a need for a broad coalition, in which not only the opposition, but also those who previously voted for Fidesz will have a place – this was what Márki-Zay Péter said on Friday in the campaign of the second round of the opposition pre-election.
As is well known, Klára Dobrev received the most votes in the first round of the opposition pre-election, followed by Gergely Karácsony and Péter Márki-Zay, who finished third. Last week, the mayor of Budapest announced that he had completed his campaign for prime minister-designate, and his support asked for the second round of Péter Márki-Zay to vote for mayor of Hódmezővásárhely. Thus, either Klára Dobrev or Péter Márki-Zay will be the prime ministerial candidate in the 2022 parliamentary elections.
On Tuesday Klára Dobrev campaigned in Debrecen, and on Friday Péter Márki-Zay sends to the civic city in the second round of opposition pre-election.
Péter Márki-Zay said in the city center: there is a need for such a broad coalition, which, in addition to the opposition, also includes those who previously voted for Fidesz.
The mayor of Hódmezővásárhely promised that there would be a new Hungarian government developed by experts, which he also wanted to put to a referendum. He stressed that in his government he will accept delegates from different parties on a professional basis.
The politician also talked about the fact that if Fidesz is defeated in April next year, the settlement will be punished by a man who cannot be left- and right-wing corruption, and he is none other than Ákos Hadházy. He added that those who promise pay rises and want to make quick changes should not be taken seriously.
