FCZ striker shoots four-pack – Ceesay show in Letzigrund – FCZ humiliates FC Sion 6-2
Because of mini-crisis! It took just three minutes on Sunday afternoon until Ceesay gave FCZ the lead after four games without a win against Sion. But it will not be a show against the Valais.
Sion is clearly improved to the bankruptcy on the previous weekend against GC, appears again and again dangerously in front of the Zurich gate. In the 32nd minute, U-21 national team Stojilkovic released the guests. He brought a nice pass from Cipriano into the goal from close range – 1: 1.
Another quick start, again equalization
Coach Breitenreiter is not satisfied, changes twice during the break. This is immediately noticeable, and the Zurich-based company has made a lightning start again. Joker Boranijasevic licks the ball from Serey Dié, Marchesano launches Ceesey. Again the Gambier strikes and sets to 2: 1 for the FCZ.
But again the FCZ missed to put the stamp on the game. After a good hour, Stojilkovic puts down on Serey Dié. The shot of the Sion clearer is unfortunately deflected by Aliti to 2-2 into the FCZ goal.
Ceesey adds hit numbers 3 and 4
Fortunately, the people of Zurich have Assan Ceesay on the lawn on Sunday afternoon. The striker shoots the FCZ back in the front with his third goal in the 72nd minute, again with Marchesano’s submission.
This time Sion can no longer react – on the contrary. Because at FCZ it also works the other way round: For once, Ceesay puts on Marchesano, who somehow brings the ball past Fayulu to 4-2 (76th minute). It is the 1000th FCZ goal in the Super League – and right on time for the club’s 125th anniversary.
Walker before discharge
Substitute Gogia provides another hit at the anniversary party shortly before the end (87th). But, of course, the end point is Ceesay. Shortly before the end, the striker even scored his fourth goal of the day in the pursuit!
After four unsuccessful attempts, the former leader of the table can finally find his way back on the road to victory. In contrast, the situation in Valais is becoming increasingly precarious. It is possible that it was the last game for Marco Walker as coach of FC Sion. (Law)
