Prague 12 also rejected the revised project of apartment buildings in Kamýk
The original project was reduced by several floors, but according to the city district, it is still oversized and has worsened the traffic situation and quality of life in the area. Eva Burianová, a spokeswoman for the city district, told ČTK today. In addition to the town hall, the locals also opposed the construction planned by Trigema in the past. More than a year ago, the municipality and the Ministry of Regional Development joined them, according to which the plan was in conflict with the zoning plan.
“The oversized design of the proposed building in comparison with the surrounding buildings still applies. There is a risk that there will be a large number of parking spaces for local residents and, last but not least, there will be civic amenities in the vicinity of the proposed project, which is not ready to accommodate more new residents, “bring Deputy Mayor Eva Tylová (BEZPP / Pirates with Green Support).
According to the resolution of the city council, the proposal does not meet the limits of the zoning plan. In addition, according to Tyl, the developer uses public land during construction, on which there is now a partial park, to which he has no legal right.
The Two Towers project included two apartment buildings originally with 18 and 14 floors, the height has now been reduced to 15 and nine floors. They are to be built in Vosátková Street in the Kamýk housing estate instead of a low-rise shopping center.
