Demonstration in Prague: the first ended soon, the second was in motion, the police intervened
The police closed both the Old Town and Wenceslas Square, where the events were convened, and allowed only people who have a valid permit under current government measures or live in Prague.
Once, police in the center of the metropolis monitored the demonstration, while protesters monitored it. They filmed and photographed roadblocks and individual women and men in uniforms on mobile phones.

The first protest took place on Wenceslas Square and had only a short duration. It was convened by the initiative We Together and especially with the non-attached deputies Lubomír Volný and Marian Bojko. Twelve minutes after police officers entered the demonstrations, the organizers disbanded her.
The staff of several buses heading for this event in the morning also got into trouble. According to the iDnes server, the buses left Karviná at 06.00, were monitored by dozens of police officers from the beginning, stopped at the border of the district and sent back. The buses did not get to Ostrava, where they are to pick up dozens of other people.
According to the server, we want to demonstrate our path by justifying that they are going to a tender. “The police told us that they did not accept the invitation to the parliamentary assistant’s selection procedure and that they assumed that we were circumventing a government regulation banning leaving the district,” one of the participants told the server.
According to CNN Prima News, police detained a Freelancer after a demonstration. The reason must be that Volný, as during his speeches in the Chamber of Deputies, repeatedly refused to apply mandatory face protection, said Interior Minister Jan Hamáček (CSSD).
Moving to Petřín
The second protest was convened at 2 pm on the Old Town Square with the initiative I Wished PES. “At a time when all democratic principles have failed and the opposition, which is voting for devastating laws, the responsibility lies with us ordinary people. Let’s defend the repetition of history, when cowardice won over responsibility, “said the protest organizers at the invitation.
Observe to close the square the organizers invited uninvolved participants to march on Petrin Hill. “We will meet on Petřín if we do not want water cannons to be fired at us here,” they said from the stage. In addition, an official of the municipality dissolved the assembly due to exceeding the permitted number of participants.

At the Old Town Square, the police repeatedly recommend participants to leave the Small Square, which was completely filled by protesters. Again, we call, you can use the departure route from the Old Town Square and leave the Small Square, “it sounds from speakers.”
The police also repeated the amplions of the conditions of the government measure, under which people can currently gather. Events can only be outside, its participants must be in a maximum of twenty-member cases and in total there can be a maximum of 100. There must be a distance of more than two meters between them. Everyone must wear a respirator, face mask or other prescribed protection in their own way.
Once, protesters took Kaprova and Křižovnická streets towards Charles Bridge and across it to Malá Strana, where the government and both chambers of Parliament are located. “Come with us,” you can’t chant.
After reaching Petřín, the organizers invited them to return to the center. “We are waiting for the police upstairs, so we will play cat and mouse with them. We will be back, “they said with a megaphone. The procession then traveled around the center of the metropolis to chant slogans to reach the Old Town Square again, from where it was originally expelled. “The police are with us, not against us,” the organizers began in an effort to calm the situation.
However, shortly afterwards, police launched further calls to dissolve the demonstration. She identified Pařížská and Dlouha streets as routes to leave the place. At around 4 pm, the protesters obeyed after a long hesitation, and some of them headed through Dlouhá Street through Revoluční Street through Republic Square to Na Příkopě Street to Můstek.
Here they sat on the ground and chanted various slogans here, among others, which require lustration – with which they held ID cards or passports. The police heard their call before 5 pm and started lustration.

Then he started again with confidence to leave the space. As some people refused to obey, what the police warned against was the use of coercive measures. The Special Handful of Protestants joined the remaining handful of protesters and arrested several dozen of them. “Due to disobeying the calls of officials and disrespecting government regulations, police officers in Na Příkopě Street were restricted to dozens of personal individuals. There were about sixty of them throughout the day,” they said on Twitter.
