The building approval was conditioned in the building permit by the completion of the outer Prague ring road and also by the reduction of emissions and noise in the street in Holešovičky.
According to the association that filed the lawsuit, none was fulfilled, and the court ruled in his favor. The possibility of re-granting the building approval will have to be re-assessed by the Department of Roads and Railways of the Prague City Hall, according to Czech Television.

The department performs the so-called delegated powers of the state administration, therefore it does not fall within the competences of the city’s political leadership and decides independently.
Adam Scheinherr, Prague’s deputy mayor for transport, said earlier that, according to the department’s legal analysis, the condition for completing the Prague ring road was inadequate because the city could not guarantee the state construction being prepared by the Roads and Motorways Directorate.
City Hall spokesman Vít Hofman did not want to comment on Friday. “We are awaiting a written judgment. Until the judgment is served on us, we will not and cannot comment on the case. The court has 30 days to send it, “he said.

Já jsem například v rámci diskuze o rozpočtu navrhoval vyčlenit 50 milionů na přípravu projektové dokumentace k zahloubení Holešoviček, ale primátor Hřib si myslel, že to je zbytečné,“ uvedl.
