After the demolition and the preparatory work associated with the supervision of the archaeologist, the construction of a house with nine above-ground and three underground floors begins. In the spring and autumn, when the house is cold and kind, the system distributes cold and heat within the floor, it does not need an external source at all, Matsek describes.

Unique glass boards

The company strives for an ecological certificate for the administrative, commercial and industrial buildings, which is why you also used materials when demolishing buildings. According to Matsk, the curiosity of the house will also be the façade, where each glass segment will be bent in the vertical and horizontal directions, and will thus form a continuous curve.
