“The first main parameter is certainly a unique view. Other things are services. We want to build a team here that will provide for client services that they are not used to here in the Czech Republic. We know this from abroad as hotel-type services, “Martin Jaroš, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PSJ Invest, described to the News.

The project is used mainly by Czech architects, engineers and contractors. It is a technically complex work both because of its height and shape. Despite the fact that the construction has not yet been completed, it has already won a number of awards abroad.
“We have reached the eight-member world finals of the International Property Awards competition, which addresses development, architectural and also investor plans around the world. It is a generally accepted competition with a center in London. We did one more important thing, and that was that we obtained the LEED Platinum pre-certification. This means that the house is not only ecological, but also user-friendly in that it has low energy consumption and is sensitive to nature, “said Jaroš.
The rough construction is to be completed in mid-November this year. It is to be completely approved in September 2017.
