the town hall is looking for guinguettes and foodtrucks for the summer period
Summer is getting ready. Each year, the summer period allows the creation and appearance of many ephemeral guinguettes and foodtrucks. Open only in the summer, these places of conviviality tend to resurface each year. The town hall of Toulouse is therefore looking for projects for several places in the Pink City.

Guinguette projects
The municipality is launching a first call for projects for ideas for guinguettes. The objective is to be able to install them on locations in the public domain provided for at the entrance to the site of the observatory of Pech Davidwithin the Michelet garden or on theesplanade Alain Savary.
Future lessees could then freely operate their business. The expected duration of the contract may not exceed four months by one over a four-year period. Note that for the project that will be located on the Alain-Savary esplanade, occupancy cannot begin before June 1 of each year.
Wanted food trucks
Itinerant sales projects are also sought by the town hall of Toulouse. The objective is to be able to install food trucks on the St. Peter’s Square but also on the esplanade at the level of the skate-park of Twin Bridge.
