Lidl is #1 in retail in Bulgaria, according to the TOP Employers Institute
Lidl is the best employer in the retail sector in Bulgaria. This is indicated by the TOP Employers Institute, an international organization, after at the end of January, for the consecutive year, the awarded companies all over the world earned the prestigious TOP Employer 2023 certificate.
For the fourth year in a row, Lidl Bulgaria received the award. With a total result of 92.44%, the company is the only retailer in the TOP 3 of the best employers in Bulgaria. The chain achieves a maximum score of 100% in topics such as business strategy and people management strategy, leadership, work environment, vision and values.
Also the company’s strong performance internationally – the chain’s total score is nearly 12% above the industry average in Europe and over 7% better than that of all awarded TOP employers in the world for 2023.
The TOP Employer certificate is one of the most prestigious employer awards. To be awarded after a thorough independent audit of the company’s HR policies. The analysis covers more than 20 topics in 6 key areas: people management, work environment, attraction, development, engagement and engagement.
