a driver agrees to take them back, they beat him up and steal his car
The case will have lasted six months but has just been resolved. The first date back to August 7, 2022. Around 5 a.m., a 45-year-old man was about to return home after an evening at the Barrière casino in Toulouse. Arrested in the parking lot by two young men who politely ask him, he agrees to drive them back to the city center.
Arrived near their home, the forty-year-old is invited by his passengers to get out of the vehicle so that the two individuals return the cigarettes offered to him on the journey. But the search for the packet of cigarettes turns into a real ambush.
Guided down a secluded street, the Good Samaritan is beaten, from head to toe, left on the ground by his attackers who end up fleeing. When he manages to get up, the forty-year-old finds that his car has disappeared. He was prescribed two days of ITT (total incapacity for work).
