The investigation into the case of the alleged sexual violence suffered in early January by a 12-year-old girl during an evening in a disco in the southern area of ​​Siena has reached a turning point. The close investigations of the Mobile Squad of the Police Headquarters coordinated by the prosecutor Silvia Benetti would have resulted to the identification of the perpetrator of the alleged abuse, a minor. The alleged fact had initially been reported by a close relative of the very young girl through posts on social media, from there the investigators took action and slowly clarified things by finding the right balance, thanks to the intersection of statements, data and information.

A very delicate story, since it involves very young subjects, and which has presented many facets to weigh, starting from how it was possible that the girl was able to participate in a musical evening for adults, up to a possible state of unconsciousness for the ‘alcohol, circumstance that would certainly represent an aggravating circumstance for those who attacked her.

Careful checks were also carried out to understand where the violence would have been committed, given that no one, between supervisors and organizers, would have noticed anything during the evening. Converging the investigations on a minor, the ball will now pass to the Prosecutor of minors of Florence, by competence, which should celebrate the probative incident by listening to the young victim, so as to crystallize his story.
