Ozzy Osbourne canceled the concert in the Czech Republic! Words full of disappointment
“It’s probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to tell my loyal friend,” the 74-year-old singer wrote on Twitter. He stated that everything is fine with his voice, but physically he is still too weak. “As you may all know, four years ago I had a serious accident that injured my spine,” he added, saying that since then his only goal has been to return to the stage.
Osbourne hinted that he may never tour again. “I never imagined that my performance on the tour would end like this. My team is currently not coming up with ideas on how I might be able to perform, I would have to travel from city to city and country to country.”
Angry Karel Šíp
The former frontman of the legendary rock group Black Sabbath said that he is devastated by the knowledge that he had to let his fans down. The planned dates of his concerts have already been postponed once in the past due to health reasons. In 2020, Osbourne announced that he was suffering from a “mild form” of Parkinson’s disease. Now it seems that fans of his music may not even be able to wait.
This is a huge blow for Karel Šípa… “He should have come here at least three times. But they always canceled it. My family has had tickets for it for about five years. No, they always canceled it. We have money in it because we paid for the tickets. It’s not like you get your tickets back and they give you money. My boy is really looking forward to Ozzy” lamented Karel Šíp during the filming of Všechnoparty already a year ago.
The Prague concert as part of the tour called No More Tours 2 was supposed to take place on May 19, 2023 in the O2 Arena.
