The handball players from Písek defeated Slavia Praha in the MOL League with interest

In the first game on the board, the ten opponents of the Písek handball players lost by a goal (23:33). This time they started the match brilliantly and did not let Slavia Prague score a goal even once. At the end of the 12th minute, it was already four goals (8:4) and by halftime the home handball players had increased their talent even more. The entry into the second half was also important. The home players managed to score five goals compared to two opponents and the score was increasing. Písek took the lead by nine goals and increased it even more with an excellent game.
The domestic handball players confirmed that they don’t have to rely on Iveta Korešová for the vast majority of goals. This time she was replaced by Alena Stellnerová, when she hit eleven times and it was her second best close-range shooting record.
The handball players from Písek extended their winning streak to four matches in a row, moved to fourth place in the MOL League and jumped over Slavia Prague. They even rank second among Czech teams. In the next round, the sand handball players take to the board of Lázní Kynžvart and it will be played on Sunday, February 5 from 5 p.m.
