Big praise for his representative: How long will Frankfurt keeper Trapp be out?
Eintracht Frankfurt is waiting for national goalkeeper Kevin Trapp to return quickly before the start of the second half of the Bundesliga season at FC Bayern Munich on Saturday. He hopes that the keeper can travel to the Bavarian capital on Friday, said coach Oliver Glasner after the 1-1 draw at SC Freiburg on Wednesday evening. “But I don’t know yet.”
Trapp had signed off a few hours before the party in Freiburg because of a cold and started the journey home to Frankfurt. “I don’t think it’s anything dramatic,” reported sports director Markus Krösche. “He wasn’t feeling well.”

Trapp’s representative Diant Ramaj received praise from all sides. Krösche thought the performance of the 21-year-old was “super”. “He did very, very well. He exudes calm and sovereignty at his age – hats off.”

Coach Glasner was also “very satisfied” with the preferred Heidenheimer, who had previously played a Bundesliga game and now celebrated his season premiere. “I don’t think anyone felt unsafe with him behind us,” said Frankfurt defender Christopher Lenz about the goalkeeper. (dpa/nswz)
