The doctors will be welcomed at Dijon-Longvic airport at 7:40 a.m. by the mayor of Nevers, Denis Thuriot, as well as by Olivier Galzi, vice-president of the Edeis group, a major player in the engineering and construction sector. infrastructure management, and Yves Roch, director of Fly7, an aeronautical company. The Region will also be represented by Sandra Germain. The mayor of Dijon, Jean-François Rebsamen, could also be on site.

After a press point, the plane should take off at 8:15 a.m., to land at 8:50 a.m. at Nevers La Sangsue airport. There, the passengers will be welcomed by several elected officials and representatives, in particular the prefect Daniel Barnier, the director of the hospital center Jean-François Ségovia, a representative of the ARS, Sylvie Collin, and the assistant to the health of the City, Philippe Ropemaker.
A new press point will be held and caregivers will join the hospital center by a shuttle, where they are expected at 9:30 a.m.
