Hřib behaves as if he does not want a stable government in Prague, but only Čižínský
When the Prague coalition TOGETHER came forward with a new offer, which should enable the establishment of the capital’s leadership on the government’s floor plan, it seemed that its establishment would no longer stand in the way. But the footbridge’s fault. The leader of the Pirates, Zdeněk Hřib, has decided that he will push for a place for Jan Čižínský and his personal movement at all costs. Regardless of the will of the voters or what is good for Prague. You don’t have to be a big fan of Prague’s SPOL (which is also quite difficult) to see that this is a bit too much.
The goal of all those involved should be the government’s floor plan. This is not only because the offered form seems stable, but also because Prague is a kind of symbol. The ANO movement and its main representative, professional careerist Patrik Nacher, are definitely not supposed to be in the city leadership. But Hřib’s ego, which even his fellow party members talk about behind closed doors, is apparently still insurmountable. Just like Cizinsky’s ambitions.

The pirates pretend they want the coalition too. Then one can only ask why, despite persistent concessions, he stands behind his “Alliance for Prague”, which not only was not voted for by anyone, but also has nothing to do with the government’s plan. For example, in the previous two days in the Chamber of Deputies, we watched the ministry defend its work before the vote of no confidence, and none of them represented the Praha Sobě movement. It will probably be related to the fact that this group is not in any government. Just like Mr. Čižinský, who is like Andrej Babiš for hipsters from Letná.
Four months have passed since the election. We can repeat a hundred times that TOGETHER should have had a better candidate and won by a sufficient distance that would correspond to the potential. Failed. But the last steps clearly show that Zdenek Hřiba lacks will. As if his alliance with Čižinsky was above all else, which would be a very sad realization.
Prague finally needs a stable and competent government. It is evident that after the last offer, when the TOGETHER coalition would really have a majority in the council, these parties have nowhere to back down. So the people of Prague are waiting for Messrs. Hřib and Čižinský to finally decide what they are really after. Whether for the capital, or for one’s own career achievements.
