What’s new since the listing of the climates of the Burgundy vineyard by UNESCO as an intangible world heritage since 2015?
The NMS association founded by Norbert Latruffe, Professor of biochemistry of nutrition and wine at the University of Burgundy will present its wishes on Thursday January 26, 2023 at 5 p.m. at the Latitude building, 33 rue de Montmuzart in Dijon.
NMS invited the speaker Jean-Pierre Gillot, former deputy mayor of Dijon, president of the ICOVIL association and vice-president of the association for the registration of the climates of the vineyards of Burgundy in the UNESCO world heritage to make us a point several years after obtaining this prestigious label which must be constantly evaluated.
Members of NMS, its supporters, winners of university scholarships sponsored by NMS thanks to patrons from Burgundy are invited.
A presentation of authors’ books will follow.
