Yes, Lamborghinis work fine on winter roads
It first showed off the rally version of the Huracán in Copenhagen, before 12 supercars completed a proper winter tour in Denmark and Sweden.
Of course, we already knew that a Lambo also works in Nordic winter weather, because they also offer a super-potent SUV called the Urus. This right-breasted monster is known to cope with most conditions.

But the other cars in the family are far more unfamiliar with winter driving, such as the sports car Huracán and the variants that come in it. But Lamborghini also has a new Huracán in the works, which should be able to handle most surfaces.
In November, the bull could finally reveal what they had been teasing with throughout the summer, namely a version called the Huracán Sterrato. The latter is Italian for dirt road, so that explains what they want with this one.
This version is simply a slightly higher version of the sports car, a kind of rally car, and the car is lifted by 47 mm and has widened tire tracks by 30 mm. It must do its part to ensure that the car thrives on the gravel as well as it does on the asphalt.
So it is easy to understand that the sports car that will come this year can also handle Nordic winter roads, but what about cars like the Huracán STO and Huracán Tecnica? That version which clearly thrives best on asphalt and tracks around the world.

Well, equipped with winter tires from Pirelli, Lamborghini wanted to show that even pure sports cars can handle snow and rain, and sent these together with the Urus S and Urus Performante on an ever so small Scandinavian tour before Christmas.
The Italians explain that the trip for the 12 supercars started in Copenhagen and Frederiksborg Castle in North Zealand, before continuing north to Helsingør.
Then it was the ferry over to Sweden’s west coast to Helsingborg and then down to Malmö before crossing the great Øresund Bridge and returning back to Copenhagen. So no, they were not very far north, but yes, as you can see from the pictures both above and further down, the driving conditions were sometimes demanding on the trip.
Both the two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive cars must have coped with problems, reports Lamborghini itself. And it was certainly to the great delight of the many Danes and Swedes who got a glimpse of the special and surprising convoy on the winter road.

The sales figures show that more and more people are turning their attention to Lamborghini, because 2022 was probably a record year for the brand, which sells more cars with each passing year.
In 2022, Lambo delivered a whopping 9,233 new cars, and that is an increase of 10 percent compared to the previous year. The US was by far the largest market with 2,721 cars, followed by China, Hong Kong and Macau with 1,018 designated cars.
Unsurprisingly, Uru sales took off, with 5,367 units delivered in 2022, increasing the popular SUV model by 7 percent over 2021. Also unsurprisingly, the Huracán was the most popular model with 3,113 cars, while it delivered 753 new Aventadors last year .
Lamborghini has arrived in 53 countries and has 180 dealers, and that these were visited in December by the convoy, Lamborghini Copenhagen and Lamborghini Malmö.
This is what it looked like when the 12 cars were on their way to the two places:
