Tania Cagnotto (Bolzano, 15 May 1985), recent ambassador of the European Championships in Rome 2022, won a silver paired with Francesca Dallapè and a bronze in the 3m trampoline at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, 10 world medals including gold in the 1m trampoline in Kazan 2015 (plus 3 silvers and 6 bronzes), 29 medals at the European championships in 12 editions, from 2002 to 2016, with eight consecutive successes in synchro trampoline and 12 individual victories (20 golds, 5 silvers and 4 bronzes). You are the most successful athlete in the European history of tuffs.
Amedeo Pomilio (Chieti, 11 February 1967), Settebello’s technical assistant, was an extraordinary left-footed player before assuming the role of coach. Between 1987 and 2000 he collected 416 appearances for the Italian national water polo team, winning the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, the 1994 Rome World Cup and the 1993 European Championships in Sheffield and 1995 Vienna; he also won the Olympic bronze medal in Atlanta 1996 and the European bronze medal in Bonn 1989. Except for brief spells at Volturno, Brescia and Salerno, he played his entire career at Pescara with whom he won all possible trophies: Champions Cup, Cup Winners’ Cup (2), Len Cup and of course the Scudetto (3) and the Italian Cup (5).
