The Toulousain Jonathan Geffroy, a former jihadist presenting himself as a repentant at his trial, has been tried since Monday by the special Assize Court of Paris for association with terrorist criminals. His wife and mother appear at his side.

Also in the dock is his wife, Latifa, who appears free under judicial supervision. In addition to the association of terrorist criminals, the couple is accused of dragging their child to Syria. They both encourage up to 30 years in prison. The mother of former Toulouse jihadist Jonathan Geffroy is also on trial since Monday for financing terrorism. He is accused of having sent nearly 10,000 euros to his son. She faces 10 years in prison. Their trial is scheduled to continue until January 23.
