Once again, the spirited Pardubice managed to succeed. In the duel against Litvínov, the leader of the table took the lead shortly after half-time, but Verva quickly equalized and before the third period both teams were the same distance away from winning. However, five minutes before the end, Pardubice forward David Ciencala hid the decisive shot to make it 2:1, whose shot ended behind the back of Denis Godly.
Liberec managed the third period
Liberec’s duel with Karlovy Vary offered the first shot only in the second period. However, the in-form Oskar Flynn was able to react quickly to the intervention of Ondřej Beránek in the power play. For a change, the final twenty minutes belonged to the Liberec team, who first took the lead with Tomáš Filippi’s strike, and at the very end, Richard Nedomlel was able to seal the victory 3:1 with a shot into an empty net.
Hradec equalized in the end, Sparta still went on to win
