Private cinema, 17-meter swimming pool and a view of Miami: Flemish diamond merchant puts villa up for sale for 45 million dollars (Antwerp)
Five bedrooms, 7,250 square feet of living space and a 17-foot heated pool with hot tub. All this, with a view of the center of Miami, is being put up for sale by the Antwerp diamond dealer Fabrice Finkelstein and his wife Zyvile Cer for 45 million dollars.

He is a diamond merchant, she is a former fashion model who is currently active as an interior designer. The two fell in love with the location while paddle boarding past what then became a run-down residence and bought the property in 2018 for $7.85 million. They tore down the older home and began building an “earthly and homely home,” Zyvile Cer tells Mansion worldwide.
The intention was that the couple would spend the winter on the Venetian islands, but now that the house is finally ready, they would rather continue with a new project. “We enjoyed the process so much that I want to do it again,” says the interior designer.
Cinema screen
The house offers a mix of contemporary designs and mid-century modern touches. It has a floating staircase, a dining room with custom bar, white oak floors, travertine walls and electric sash windows. With a ‘grand salon’ with wide glass wall, high ceilings and a geometric fireplace on top. The primary suite has a cinema screen that slides into the ceiling, with surround sound and a hidden projector.
If the property sold at asking price, it would be a record for the Venetian Islands, where a luxury single-family home sells for an average of $21 million.
