An investigation for “apology for terrorism” was opened on Sunday January 8 after the photo was broadcast on social networks, AFP informed the prosecution. The “apology of terrorism by means of communication to the public online is an offense punishable by seven years of imprisonment”, specified the prosecution to AFP.
