Hannover 96: license alarm at 96! Unity appeal from coach Stefan Leitl | Sports
Because of the violation of the 50+1 rule, Hannover 96 has to tremble for its license. Club boss Sebastian Kramer (46) recently raised the alarm in BILD: “Martin Kind’s license is endangered by his actions.”
The fans are very concerned. And Stefan Leitl (45) is also concerned with the topic. The trainer and sports director Marcus Mann (38) is fighting to ensure that you and your team can continue to concentrate fully on sports despite the unrest.
After the first training session in Belek, Leitl wrote dramatic words towards Hanover and Großburgwedel: “In the end, everyone must be clear that it’s always about Hannover 96. Everyone wants us to be successful. And then everyone at all levels must do everything to ensure that we are successful.”
Leitl with a unity appeal!
One club, one goal – the coach is fighting for a good future. Bundesliga instead of license fear! The Reds have recently created a good basis on the lawn.
“We have set something in motion that currently feels really good,” says Leitl. “And I want to continue and continue that in order to achieve what we are here for: We want to delay in three years (he means until 2025, ed.) in the Bundesliga. And that is the ultimate goal.”
Leitl and Mann put 96 back on track in sport. The new team is finally fun again, forms a unit with the fans – which unfortunately is missing in other areas. The leading character can be changed.
The trainer affirms: “I really like being here, it’s a lot of fun to work on all occasions. I’m happy here, I’m happy with my team and I’m just looking forward to the training camp and then to a good second half of the season.”
As fifth with 28 points, the dream of promotion is already alive in the summer. However, no player can simply shoot away the impending license withdrawal.
What is it about? Professional boss Martin Kind (78) has extended the man’s contract (until 2027) without consultation and permission from the parent club. By violating the right to issue instructions, Kind has undermined the 50+1 rule, as in the summer with the Leitl obligation.
However, compliance with the 50+1 rule is an unconditional requirement for the DFL to issue the license. The documents must be submitted by March 15th. The DFL has not yet commented.
