PUBG Mobile World Championship finals will be held in Turkey
PUBG Mobile World Championship (PMGC) announced that it will be held in Turkey in 2023.
According to what has been done, the 2023 finals of the PUBG MOBILE World Championship will be held in Turkey. The tournament, in which the world’s largest esports teams compete fiercely and with a prize pool of 4 million dollars in 2022, is also important in terms of the values that esports in Turkey is known for.
2023 PUBG MOBILE ESPORTS CALENDAR
New announcements were also featured, including the expansion of the PUBG MOBILE Pro League (PMPL) for 2023, the exclusive amateur eco-system leading to the PMPL Qualifiers, and the expansion of more PUBG MOBILE Regional Clash (PMRC) tournaments.
The PMPL will feature the PMPL Qualifiers for tournament entry in 2024 for semi-professional and amateur teams. Teams qualify for PMPL Qualifiers by competing in the PUBG MOBILE National Championship, PUBG MOBILE Club Open, or 3rd party tournaments. PUBG MOBILE is always preparing to offer players more opportunities on the way to professionalism for professional semi and amateur teams.
In order to make the inter-regional competition more exciting and after the success of the first PUBG MOBILE Regional Clash held in 2022, PUBG MOBILE Esports will sign more tournaments in 2023. PUBG MOBILE Regional Clash allows fans to face off against their favorite regional teams outside of PUBG MOBILE Esports’ global tournaments.
The year 2023 will also once again feature two global tournaments. PUBG MOBILE World Championship, which has been starting from the beginning of November, was hosted by Turkey for the first time. In July, the PUBG MOBILE World Invitational tournament will take place in Riyadh.
PUBG MOBILE Esports will also change the two formats to improve the player experience. A 10-point system will be passed in all tournaments to make the games more exciting and memorable.
2022 was a year filled with 5 region 13 PMPL tournaments, more than 2000 professional players participating in PUBG MOBILE Esports tournaments, 343 professional teams, and 600,000 team registrations, a record for the 2022 PUBG MOBILE Club Open. This year also saw the return of offline shows for the PUBG MOBILE World Championship and PUBG MOBILE World Invitational, providing fans with world-class fun events.
