A 16-year-old boy shot himself in the head in Budapest
Budapest VII. in his home in the district, 16-year-old Tibor was trying out the gun with a friend when it went off at the worst moment – when it was at the boy’s temple.
Tibor’s mother, Erzsébet, commented on the incident shortly after the accident:
The bullet pierced Tibor’s skull and then penetrated his brain. They are fighting for it even in these moments
– said the worried mother on Tuesday, who said that her son had no problems, so she rules out a suicide attempt in the afternoon, i.e. she thinks it was an accident.
“We’re sure they just wanted to play. we are watching their favorite action movie when the trouble happened. I screamed when I heard the gun and when I looked I saw my son lying on the floor. at first I thought he died instantly, so I tore my clothes and then hugged him” – said Erzsébet, pointing to her child’s blood-soaked T-shirt. “I checked how serious the injury was and tried to cover the wound with my hand so that it wouldn’t bleed” he added.
While the mother was trying to stop the boy’s bleeding, Tibor’s friend notified the ambulance. According to the family, Tibor is not in bad company, but they did not know where he got the gun or the rubber bullet.
I thank God that there was no tragedy
– stated Erzsébet, who has two more children.
