Annual review 2022: added value for the region and in the city
A year is coming to an end. These entrepreneurs and people do their best and stayed on the ball. We look back on the past year and present these companies on behalf of many entrepreneurs.
SALZBURG. “The job in our company is extremely diverse,” says Thomas Punzenberger from the company “Copa-Data”. The company started small and was continuously expanded by Punzenberger. This year there were nine apprentices in the company, who were able to get a taste of the worldwide locations of the Salzburg company in their third year of training.
Having just outgrown her training herself, Luisa Thies dared to take the leap into self-employment. With a lot of diligence and perseverance, the young woman defied the circumstances and celebrated “mutually” anniversary with her bookstore today.
Nela Pećić is in no way inferior to this female empowerment. The Salzburg woman intended a business award for people with a migration background.
Hard work every day and little free time. This is what day-to-day work looks like for many farmers. As local direct marketers, the city farmers secure the food supply. The Putzhammers know from their own experience that work in the field IS challenging and WILL BE MORE demanding as a result of climate change.
The sun and hotter days mean that melons and peppers can be grown outside in the field, but farmers need more and more water in the summer months to cultivate the field.
The speech-to-text interpreter Nicole Ritter also works with her hands. She manages about 750 characters per minute on the keyboard and helps hearing-impaired people to participate in social life. And Ernst Novak from “Start-up Salzburg” helps founders on their professional path.
