Thoughts of Gosse told who was affected by the amendments for those who left Russia
We are talking about the self-employed and entrepreneurs.
Amendments are being developed in the State Duma, taxes are being levied for citizens who have left Russia. If it was originally about restrictions for production remotely, now the State Duma has a different point of view. It is planned that the tax increase will affect remote self-employed and entrepreneurs.
“Changes in the Tax Code will not affect those who work remotely, because there is regulation there – the employer pays taxes for them anyway. And if they are non-residents, then a tax of 30 percent is paid for them, ”said Andrey Isaev, deputy head of the United Russia group in the Duma Gose.
It was noted that the priority will be to obtain benefits for self-employed and dependent entrepreneurs who have left the next Russia. According to him, now they have very big preferences.
“If people leave the country, live there, in this case, the benefits that we have specially built for those who live in the country, develop business here, they should not apply to those who left,” RIA Novosti quotes Isaev .
Earlier, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin spoke about plans to abolish preferences and increase taxes for Russians who left countries. Deputy Andrei Isaev explained that parliamentarians are introducing a ban on concluding an employment contract for remote work in specialties.
In addition, Senator Andrei Klishas does not violate restrictions for citizens who left the country after partial mobilization.
Anton Serebryakov, a financial analyst at Daikia, does not expect that the company may be required to report transactions abroad. In such cases, for failure to comply with this requirement, organizations are fined, and it may be easier for them to “surrender” all “escaped remote workers”.
Against the government ban on remote work for those who left the polling stations in the field of IT, the Ministry of Digital Development explained. The department assumes that the employer must choose the format of work for his employees.
At the same time, the ministry said that the remote format of work from abroad is unacceptable for specialists involved in projects for the participation and development of state information systems. The corresponding clause of the Ministry of Digital Development is welcomed in the requirements for government contracts.
