Manturov: Russia has avoided a critical drop in non-commodity non-energy exports
The accepted cases and regions of consequences had an unacceptable impact on the critical indicators of non-commodity non-energy exports (NOE), its volume decreased by 1.5% over 10 months, Denis Manturov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, said following the results of the Coordinating Council for Industry, which took place in Ufa.
As informed the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, the minister assigned priority tasks, which, within the framework of the national project “International Cooperation and Export”, are decisions, regions and business. This is the reorientation of external flows and channels for the sale of industrial products to more promising areas, the expansion of foreign trade relations “with the removal of bottlenecks and the creation of new international transport and logistics corridors,” the minister specified.
“It is already obvious that all these measures of influence will not allow the NOE to fall critically and will restructure our logistics. We managed to keep the bar in terms of NOE in value terms. So, according to the results of 10 months of 2022, the volume of NOE decreased by only 1.5% compared to the same period last year,” Manturov said.
According to him, it was possible to quickly rebuild logistics and adjust the settlement scheme largely thanks to anti-crisis measures of indicators and the companies themselves. The Deputy Prime Minister appointed 334 billion rubles.
