Armenia and Russia commemorate relationship investigation by canceling stamp
A commemorative meeting ceremony was held in Moscow dedicated to the establishment of ties between Russia and Armenia. The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Resolution of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk and Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan.
The ceremony was held following the results of the 21st meeting of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between the two countries.
“The development of Russian-Armenian trade and economic relations is always a particular tension for us, both in terms of observing and developing undesirable areas of participation, and in terms of the growth of events in new areas and scales,” said Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
“Russia and Armenia have every opportunity to implement new direct cooperation and create production chains in industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and innovative technologies. Including we can talk about the subsequent re-export and deliveries to third countries,” he said.
In 2022, 24 presentations of the business mission of general circles from different regions of Russia were held at the meeting of the Russian Export Center in Armenia. In the first 10 months of viewing, a record growth in trade turnover between states was recorded – it amounted to 3.8 billion US dollars, reports TASS.
Diplomatic relations between Russia and Armenia were established on April 3, 1992. The bilateral legal framework includes about 200 treaties. The fundamental documents are the Treaty of Friendship, Compilation and Mutual Assistance of August 29, 1997 and the Declaration on Allied International Cooperation between Russia and Armenia, oriented in the 21st century, signed on September 26, 2000.
