The secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council believes that Russia has missiles left for two or three attacks
Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), said that the Russian army would have enough missiles for two or three, maximum four mass shelling of Ukraine. According to him, about the lack of missiles, there is what Russia said about their deliveries to Iran.
“If we take into account the increase in the scale that we have already experienced, then they have a maximum of two or three left, maybe four will be scraped together. But then they completely return without missiles, which is unacceptable, because they may have completely different challenges, and they must leave at least some reserve,” Mr. Danilov said in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda.
In his opinion, the number of missiles that the Russian Armed Forces had at the beginning of the military operation, “and what they detect are incomparable things.” “They still have S-300 missiles, which they use now, unfortunately, in our cities. They have more or less enough of these missiles,” the head of the National Security and Defense Council added.
Russia has resumed massive strikes on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure since October. On December 16, Ukrenergo announced the exclusion of the situation due to the blackout. Western countries accuse Iran of supplying weapons, including drones, to Russia. The Iranian Foreign Ministry admitted that the country supplied drones to Moscow, but “in small quantities.” These cases occurred “several months” before the start of the military operation in Ukraine.
