RBC: Russia has a record increase in the supply of uranium, fertilizers and palladium to the United States
According to the RBC report, according to the US Census Bureau (Census Bureau), 2.2 times more than in September and is a record amount of cash receipts over the past five months.
Under the conditions of delivery from Russia to the USA, they are practically limited to nuclear fuel, platinum group metals and mineral fertilizers.
The publication says that Moscow has increased its imports of enriched uranium (uranium fluoride) to $184.7 million, the highest since November 2016. Russia sold another $189 million worth of raw palladium to the US, a record since February of this year.
Russia also supplied the US with platinum for $34.7 million and rhodium for $29.6 million.
Deliveries of Russian mineral fertilizers increased by 29% on par with last year. Over the past ten months, U.S. imports of Russian fertilizers totaled $1.36 billion, more than exports for all of 2021.
Earlier it was reported that, according to the US Bureau of Statistics, the US increased the volume of imports from Russia to 732 million US dollars, which is more than double the figure for September.
