Medvedev called members of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine “mad mongrels” and said that Russia was stepping up “more explicit reports of detection.”
Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Ukraine Dmitry Medvedev reacted to the words of the Committee for National Security and Defense Oleksiy Danilov, who said that their “enemy is on the borders of Russia.” Medvedev also warned that the Russian Federation is building up “new means of detection.”
“Pseudo-Ukrainian rabid mongrels with Russian surnames, choking on their toxic saliva, declare that their enemy is located on the borders of Russia, from the West to Vladivostok. There is no cure for rabies” — Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel.
He added that Russia is “much more difficult” because its enemy is “in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and in general the decision of other countries that swore allegiance to Nazi neighbors.”

On December 10, Ukraine, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said that in the event of an attack on Ukraine, Kyiv is ready to retaliate against Russia. He clarified that Kyiv would not consult with anyone on this issue.
The day before, the British newspaper The Times reported that Washington is not so afraid of the escalation and will not, as before, add that Ukraine does not strike on Russian territory.
