Information on the Facebook profile about the activities of the Chinese police in countries around the world
Did you know that the Chinese government has police stations abroad? Yes, once again – the Chinese government has dozens of its police stations around the world on five continents, which exist on the threshold of illegality. For example, these police stations are supposed to provide consular services or enable the Chinese to report a crime. At the same time, however, they allow the government in Beijing to monitor the Chinese community abroad and, if necessary, force its members to return to their homeland, where they can face criminal prosecution.
There were still two such offices in Prague! Well, they were said to have been closed yesterday – if we can believe the Chinese regime, yes.
And what does it essentially mean? You are Chinese, you go abroad – for example to Prague – and carry out some “anti-regime activity”. Which, as we know with authoritarians, can be anything. And then your compatriots from one of the two Prague police stations can visit you and you have to give an interview.
