“Originally, what we asked was that the possibility offered by the Egalim law to offer a daily vegetarian alternative be included as hard”explains Gautier Chapuis.
Parliamentarians called to the crenel
In addition, the decree would oblige the municipalities to manage the vegetarian option on a daily basis, from day to day. “But we have 26,000 registered, we are working on the period and in this case, it will become impossible. We would not be the only city to be blocked, many right-wing municipalities will be prevented in the same way ”points to the assistant.
The City therefore hopes to raise its concerns through parliamentarians, because the window to correct the situation could close quite quickly. “It will be played between now and the first quarter of 2023, it is now that the texts are refined and it is now that we must react”.
