The sign Miss Cookies just opened at Toulouse, a stone’s throw from Place du Capitole. A coffee shop that offers many sweets, savory or sweet, to enjoy at any time of the day.
Questioning with the Covid
Behind this new establishment, we find Sandrine Mezil. Who with this opening gives a whole new impetus to his professional career.
“I was regional sales director for the ready-to-wear brand jennyfer. During the Covid crisis, I had a big questioning. I took a one-year break with an English refresher in an American college and three months in a pastry school in Paris. I even did an internship at Pierre Hermé. It confirmed that it was a discipline that really understood me at heart. »
Miss cookies, a family franchise
At the time of radically changing her life, Sandrine Mezil turns to a franchise. “I didn’t yet feel entitled to have my own tea room! And then the franchise, I know, I had one at Jennyfer. »
It is therefore on Miss Cookies that she throws her evolution. A family business, born in Dijon, which has been spreading its coffee shops for two years throughout France.
“It’s the family and human dimension of Miss Cookies that appealed to me. The Toulouse store is 18e of the brand. »
