Pat-Nutrition powerhouses from Kortrijk bring a clear message in Brussels: “If they can set fire to the place, then we can too, right?”
In the sleep of the recent riots in Brussels, the two Pat-Nutrition powerhouses also found their way to the capital. The two muscle bundles, never shy of a stunt, made fun of the rioters in a very spicy way.
A football match, a victory and a celebration. That’s how it should be, or at least according to logic. After the Belgium-Morocco match, little of that logic was left. Amok makers demolish the Brussels city center and leave behind a trail of destruction. A blame for the Belgian football world and riots that were followed worldwide. Patrick and Nicolas, the two bodybuilders who died in West Flanders, have gradually become acquainted with the stuntmen of Pat-Nutrition, saw the images and promptly decided to respond.
“Tear down the room, set cars on fire and with what punishment?” With the question they asked openly, they received a lot of attention from the rest of the Belgians. “Sport should be fun, but in the case of football it is violence and fire to normalize it. If they can set the place on fire, so can we.”
The duo went to Brussels with their bench press, with which they already appeared at gas stations and supermarkets. They took their seats at the foot of the Atomium, set it ablaze and began to bench press. Impressive images, but with a clear message. “Unlike the rioters, we didn’t do any damage and we cleaned up our whole lot. No one was hindered, we did not use violence and we were sure that sports and games are still at odds with the concept of riots.”
