The implementation of the federal project “Digital Russia” was discussed in the Perm Territory
In Perm, a discussion was held on the implementation of the federal project “Digital Russia” of the “United Russia” group, which is aimed at developing various areas. Among them – ensuring the request for personnel, maintaining confidential communications and mobile Internet in the territories, increasing the value of the digital maturity parameter of the region. The meeting was attended by Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin, State Duma deputy of the Russian Federation, federal project coordinator Anton Nemkin, as well as a representative of relevant departments, regional universities and IT companies in the region. Dmitry Makhonin that the Perm Territory is one of the leaders among the regions of Russia in terms of the number of digitalization. In the Kama region, a transformation strategy has been adopted, thanks to which the beginning of the 90 will be realized, and development goals for 18 major economic regions until 2030 have been formed. In addition, the region promotes advanced developments of Perm IT companies. An important direction is the provision and communication of the Internet in the territories of the regions.

“For the national economy, it is now extremely important to preserve the IT industry and give it a new impetus to development,” said the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Thus, the implementation of the support measure for the IT industry and the operation of the connection discovery platform include an assessment of the digital maturity of the Kama region.
Alexey Chernikov, Deputy Government of the Perm Territory, said that the region had ahead of schedule fulfilled the indicator (plan until 2030) for connecting authorities, authorities and subordinate organizations to electronic document management. By the end of the year, it is planned to completely transfer employees of state structures to Russian software products, and also to introduce additional resources for state authorities.
“Now all accounts have been transferred to him in full. The project, unique for the regions of Russia, connects up to 60,000 mailboxes of state and municipal employees,” Alexey Chernikov said.
The regional authorities refused to purchase American equipment and found an equivalent replacement for it. Alexey Chernikov added that the region regularly conducts training for civil servants in the field of digital transformation.
Among the main priorities is to provide schools in the Perm Territory with a modern IT infrastructure, shared the Minister of Information Development and Communications of the Kama region Petr Shilovskikh.
