Championship – Adam Innes leaves Toulouse Olympique – Rugby League
Toulouse Olympique has announced the departure of Adam Innes at the end of the 2022 season.
Arrived in 2011 as a player, Adam Innes then joined the sports staff of TO XIII and he was the right arm of Sylvain Houlès for several seasons. He was one of the important members of Toulouse Olympique’s rise to the Super League. Upon leaving his post, he explained:
How to describe an adventure of eleven years in a few lines… Of course, sportingly, I obviously remember the first double in 2014 which was historic for the club. But especially the rise in the Super League last season, after 9 years of hard work, we managed to achieve this ultimate goal. I also remember the pride of having coached great players from the NRL, who have evolved to the ultimate level that are the State of Origin, or even talents who have hatched like Anthony MARION or Maxime PUECH. But above all I remember the friendships created and the smiles when we came to training, these moments I will never forget.
Adam Innes passed responsibility for physical preparation to Jonathon Green, who joined the club in 2016 and who was his assistant until then.
