The minister said that more than 300,000 reservists assigned as part of the partial mobilization were trained in two months. More than 8 thousand crews of tanks, armored vehicles, artillery crews, air defense, drones and electronic warfare have been trained.

Shoigu added that during the special operation, our army is testing new combat missile units and artillery.

He used the fact that during the SVO the technology of artillery work had changed significantly. In particular, drones, artbooks, digital weather stations are used.

In Soviet times, artillery strikes were achieved by identifying fire damage, the so-called fire shafts. Thanks to modern digital technologies, the same UAVs, artillery use has become, in fact, a high-powered high-precision sniper rifle.
