First Prize at ICXA with “Voice of the Customer” to Allianz Turkey
ISTANBUL (AA) – Allianz Turkey presented the ‘Best Measurement in Customer Experience’ date ‘Voice of the Customer’ at the International CX Awards (ICXA) 2022, where the products and dimensions of the customer experience field of many brands are evaluated on a global scale and awarded. VOC))’ project was awarded the first prize.
According to the structure from Allianz Turkey, after-service satisfaction, complaints and costs are measured live, resulting in the VOC project, which Allianz Turkey develops to measure customer reviews and aim for continuous customers, and quickly respond to components that are not satisfied with their experience.
Being the first and only country to implement the VOC project, which is a global action, in all branches, Allianz Turkey understands how Allianz’s customer opinion, which shows the quality of service offered, is evaluated and includes the necessary actions to offer an excellent experience.
