Tastings, activities and discoveries: the event promises to be unmissable for all lovers of cooking and good products. It is held from November 25 to 28.
Today opens the doors of the Monte-Carlo Gastronomie show. Monaco knows perfectly how to fill its territory with the best of gastronomy, as shown by its many starred restaurants. As an extension of this excellence, the Monte-Carlo Gastronomie brings together more than 100 international exhibitors from all over France, Italy and Europe under the Chapiteau de Fontvieille to introduce visitors to the best products and delight their taste buds.
On more than 2,500 m², the event offers gourmets the opportunity to taste, but also to buy, exceptional products including foie gras, truffles, caviars, cheeses, wines, champagnes, liqueurs… A meeting place for chefs Monegasques, they will not hesitate to give you little advice to reproduce at home to delight all his family and his guests. It will of course be possible to taste the dishes concocted by the chefs.
Two contests among the many other animations
For its 25th anniversary, Monte-Carlo Gastronomie is thinking big and is organizing the fourth Maestro Chef competition as well as, new this year, the Maestro Kids.
Eight candidates will compete during the event to determine who will be the best amateur cook. Monegasque chefs will judge the quality of the dishes taking into consideration creativity, presentation, taste and anti-waste. The Maestro Chef final will take place on Sunday at noon.

On Monday, six children will take over and make the best savory or sweet cake.
The fair remains open until Monday 28 November and admission costs five euros for adults and is free for children under 12.
Friday and Monday, admission is free for all from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
