Fismic Stellantis recalls Vienna Pisacreta
On the World Day against Violence against Women Fismic Stellantis of Avellino recalled Vienna Pisacreta. Her heinous murder was remembered in the Stellantis factory in Pratola Serra.
The initiative launched by Ida Bianco of Fismic of Avellino and national head of women has the aim of keeping alive the memory of the homicidal violence suffered by the former factory colleague. Southern women declares Ida Bianco are even more disadvantaged than in the north and the art of getting by is no longer enough. There is a lack of nursery schools, local healthcare, welfare support for families and when I think of the women employed in small businesses with fewer rights and more chances of injury, I get chills. The murder of Vienna also matured in particular circumstances and for unsolved problems. “Violence is never a solution and if we want to avoid making only smoke”, continues Ida Bianco. “We need to take advantage of the funding from the PNRR to restore a new dignity to the south represented by infrastructure, family services, functional public health and an efficient school in premises suitable for growing the new generations. Fismic will act as a spur to politicians and institutions to make concrete and restore hope to women and their families”. Today a bracelet will be distributed by the 5 Fismic delegates to all women as a symbol of attention and respect.
