Youvia joins forces with vcita to support SMEs in the Netherlands
Seattle (WA), USA and Amsterdam, Netherlands, November 21, 2022 — Youvia, a leading digital marketing agency serving SMBs, and vcita, the Seattle-based all-in-one business management platform, have partnered to Enabling SMEs to enable their business to scale.
As part of the partnership, Youvia will review a business management app powered by vcita’s technology in early 2023. This app makes it possible to help Youvia’s SME customers to optimize their business operations and thereby grow their business results. The technology of the vcita platform is highly customizable, making it very easy for agencies and secured companies to deliver new value propositions to their clients.
The launch of the Dutch version of Sitee is another step forward for the partnership between vcita and FCR Media Group, which acquired Youvia in March this year. At the end of 2021, both parties have already left Sitee in Belgium and now Youvia’s new version of Sitee represents the next phase of FCR Media Group’s expansion in the Netherlands and its position as a leading agency in digital marketing services for SMEs in the Benelux.
Sitee provides a comprehensive business management solution that enables the SMB owners to run their businesses, digitally manage their operations and capitalize on new opportunities. The app includes core business management modules such as collecting and managing payments, CRM, a centralized hub for customer messaging and scheduling.
Thanks to the vcita platform, the app has been added with some of Youvia’s signature services: website building, reviews and social media management. This provides Youvia’s clients with a one-stop shop for all digital marketing and business management needs.
As part of the partnership, Rinat Bogin, VP Global Partnerships and Alliances at vcita, will kick off a keynote session at the fledgling B2B Marketing Expo in London on Tuesday, November 22nd, with the two sharing knowledge with Ivar Gribnau, Director of Sitee by FCR what marketing agencies can do to sustain massive growth and increase profits in the current economic climate: “Navigating Your Marketing Organization Through Times of Uncertainty: Lessons Learned and Strategic Tips”.
In line with this shared presentation, Raymond van Eck, CEO of Youvia, said: “In today’s uncertain economic climate, where entrepreneurs are feeling the impact of overwhelmingly rising operating costs and the likelihood of a looming recession, there is an even greater requirement to supporting their progress to remain stable and beneficial.”
“We are determined to continue to support our customers, to help them attract customers, close more deals, create customer loyalty and even manage revenue and optimize their cash flow with the app,” Van Eck continued. “At times like these, organizations representing entrepreneurs and SMEs have both the responsibility and the opportunity to provide new services and tools that meet the changing needs of entrepreneurs.”
Using the new app, Youvia’s customers can manage all their business operations on the go, gain insight into cash flow and automate many business tasks while reducing additional costs. “Thanks to the strength of our partnership, vcita is able to bring this best-of-breed solution to more European SMEs,” says Bogin.
Small business owners often cite a lack of transparency as a pain point when working with marketing agencies. Tools like Sitee increase transparency, which improves working relationships between SMBs and marketers and makes it easy for them to understand how the agency’s campaigns value them. This ensures better results for clients and improves value and client satisfaction for agencies, enabling them to generate additional income from their existing client base in the meantime.
