Regional Council convened on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 November
The Regional Council of Tuscany is convened for an afternoon session on Tuesday 22 November, starting at 2.30 pm and ending at 7.30 pm; in the morning session on Wednesday 23 November, starting at 9.30 and ending at 2.00 pm.
Among the documents on the agenda, the provisions for the third variation to the 2022-24 financial forecast budget and the related regulatory interventions. The approval of the Consolidated Budget of the Region for the year 2021 (examined by the Control Commission). The ninth change to the financial forecast budget of the Regional Council for the three-year period 2022-2024. The establishment of the list of candidates for appointment as auditor of the Tuscany Region for the five-year period 2023-2027. The bill for the promotion and support of renewable energy communities and a related motion for a resolution. Provisions on social agriculture in Tuscany (amendments to regional law 30 of 2003). The proposed resolution to the Regional Council relating to the identification of optimal territorial and organizational ambitions. The approval of the economic budget and investment plan 2022-2024 and of the 2021 financial statements of the Maremma Regional Park Authority; the approval of the 2022-2024 economic budget of the Regional Park Authority of Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli.
Three motions for resolution; one of the institutional commission for the support, enhancement and promotion of the internal areas of Tuscany, regarding the tender for the urban regeneration of small municipalities promoted by the Government. One, from the Democratic Party (first signed by the group leader Vincenzo Ceccarelli), linked to the communication of the Regional Council regarding Fidi Toscana SpA Alongside this proposal for a resolution, an agenda of the Brothers of Italy (first signed by the group leader Francesco Torselli) on the same theme. A motion for a resolution signed by Elisa Tozzi (mixed group-Tuscany tomorrow) regarding the protests in Iran; one by Fratelli d’Italia (first signed Torselli) to express “solidarity with the Prime Minister Hon. Giorgia Meloni, victim of serious threats during the antagonistic procession in Bologna which took place on 11.10.2022”. The questions are inserted at the opening of the session, the discussion of the motions will start once the acts of the commissions have been voted.
