It was not only in Belgium that cyclo-cross races were disputed on this Tuesday, November 1st. There was also a great event in France with the Dijon International Cyclocross. In the Elite Women category, victory was won by Billouinthe French runner Team Guevel Articreations. The recent third in the 1st round of the French Cup challenged in Nommay won ahead of the Belgian Jinse Peeter (Proximus-AlphaMotorhomes-Doltcini CT) and his compatriot Amandine Vidon (Team Fima – RDV Bikeshop Alian), whileEvita Muzic (FDJ-SUEZ-Futuroscope), the 2021 French road champion and eighth in the 1st Tour de France Women with Zwift last summer, finished fifth.

The French subdued by a Swiss during the Elite Men event
The Men’s race was won by the Swiss Loris Rouillermember of Cross Team Legendre. The 22-year-old Swiss beat two French riders, in this case Valentin Guillaud (Team Guevel Articreations) and Cyprien Gilles (ES Torigni). The Belgian guy Horny Clement (BH-Wallonia MTB Team) and the Habs Martin Groslambert (Vélo Club Ornans) completed the top 5 of the day. Finally, in the Junior Men, the Frenchman Paul Seixas to his dominated compatriots Alexis David – who will play on Sunday morning the European Championships in this same category – and Jarod Egea Garcia.
