Lyon: an investigation opened after a wild demonstration of the ultra right
Friday, October 21, nearly 200 people affiliated with the far right and the ultra right marched through the streets of Lyon during a wild demonstration. Anne Brugnera defends the use of 49.3
MP for the 4th constituency of the Rhône, Anne Brugnera (Renaissance) defended on the plateau of 6 minutes flat the government’s use of Article 49.3 to push through its reforms. “The majority cannot vote an article or a law alone. It makes the opposition abstain or vote for. It worked sometimes. There, we are in the hard of the budget which is historically never voted by the opposition. It is a tradition that can pose a problem in the relative majority. 49.3 is a constitutional tool that is made for these blocking situations.

Sport: the Tour de France will pass through Beaujolais but not in Lyon
