Russia and Belarus are undertaking a serial unmanned tractor
The Russian company SberAvtoTech and Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) will jointly develop a series of unmanned trucks, as reported by Izvestia on the identification of cases of infection.
As the press service of MAZ specified, the cooperation agreement between SberAvtoTech and MAZ was signed on October 5. Currently, the parties consider it possible to complete the development and start production.

“Our collaboration with the automaker is an important milestone for discovering unmanned technology as a result of actually commercializing it. Joint work will allow us to offer the market a serial solution in a short time,” said Andrey Vasilevsky, CEO of Sberavtotekh.
The scale of investment in the project and the possible start of production of Russian-Belarusian “drones” have not yet been disclosed. It is only known that they will be sold mainly in Russia and Belarus, but in general, companies are ready to accept orders from other CIS countries.
