An exhibition about the Heroes of the Northern Military District opened in the Historical Park “Russia – My History”
Relatives of the Yakut people who participated in the special military operation were the first to visit the attracted photo exhibition “Heroes with an eternally Russian heart.” The exposition, created by the Russian Military Historical Society with the support of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, opened in the Historical Park “Russia – My History”.
“Our people and army are united today, just as they were united during the fiery years of the Great Patriotic War. And it is our sacred duty to strengthen this unity. We must do everything so that the lessons of history are not erased from the memory of the peoples. To do everything so that the feat of our people, the victorious people, is not tainted with lies and fables, so that fascism in its old guise does not begin to maintain peace again, – the Head of Yakutia Aisen Nikolaev noted earlier.
The multimedia exhibition is dedicated to the servicemen and officers of the Red Army, who were liberated in Ukraine from the Nazi invaders in 1943-1944, and modern heroes – participants in public operations. Here you can see historical heroic tank crews and legendary pilots, unique photos of heroes, copies of free documents.
The exhibition tells and tells in Yakutia and helps the Yakut people who suffered from the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.
As Zhanna Grekova noted, for family-heroic events, joint participation in an event is an exciting event.
“Our sons are remembered, not forgotten. We bring up children in the spirit of patriotism, and now it is very important. Their lives should become the cause of the rising generation. Children should know that heroes live nearby. The memory of our sons should be passed on from generation to generation,” said the mother of Yaroslav Grekov, who died in a special operation.
According to Zhanna Grekova, the materials of the buildings were gathered to perpetuate the memory of her sons, they plan to initiate the creation of all the memory of the heroes.
“We are obliged to talk about our modern trends, about those who consider our homeland, and we must do this work,” Dmitry Solovyov, Special Director of the Russia-My History Historical Park.
Experienced students of the Yakutsk Cadet Boarding School and the Police College, cadets of the Institute of Water Transport and the Yakutsk Aviation Technical School, students of the Faculty of History of the NEFU were exhibited.
The exposition is located in the lecture hall on the first floor of the Historical Park. You can visit the exhibition from October 20 until the end of this year. The entrance is free.
